Please note that from 1st January 2017, a security deposit will be taken at the time of booking due to damage caused over the festive period. The committee regrets this course of action but sadly, we had no choice.
A furniture charge is also payable as we can no longer allow clients into the store room in order to comply with Health and Safety Policy.
A booking must be accompanied by a booking form and full payment, including the security deposit, one month before your event.
We accept Bank Transfer and credit cards. We no longer accept cash or cheques unless we have no choice. Banking cash and cheques costs the Centre money.
Once our General Assistant has confirmed the venue has been left in a suitable condition then your deposit will be returned on the next working day via Bank Transfer. Please ensure we have your bank details on record or this my delay your refund.
